This print release marks Atelier Ji’s first collaborative project with Swedish born artist Henrik Delehag. These original commemorative prints coincide with the artists’ first exhibition ‘IT DOES MATTER ANYMORE’ situated in an old 19th Century church tower in Forest Hill, where he resides and works. The prints were made in response to an installation in the tower’s spire:

“I am turning this most sacred of rooms into a cave in the sky, applying the paintings straight onto the walls using glow-in-the-dark paint. A womb-like space in which we can reflect on our collective experience of the years we spent apart as a community, specifically to remind us of all of what we did learn about caring, before we lose it to the man again.”
